Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site Hub Dashboards platform at reports.yoursitehub.com and related services (the “Service”) provided by Site Hub (“Site Hub,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Site Hub is a multi-tenant, white-label marketing reporting platform that lets agencies connect data sources, build dashboards, and share reports with their clients. Features and availability may change over time.

Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your agency.
• You must have the right to connect any data source and to use the data you bring into the Service.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (for example Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or Windsor.ai), you authorize Site Hub to access data from that platform on your behalf to provide the Service. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you represent that you are permitted to grant that access. You can disconnect a source or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Upload malicious code or misuse connected-platform access.

Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data you connect and the dashboards you create. You grant Site Hub the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, fees & changes

Paid plans, entitlements, and limits are as described at the time of purchase or in your agreement. We may modify features or these Terms; material changes take effect on posting or as otherwise communicated.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reporting data originates from third-party platforms and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate; Site Hub is not responsible for the accuracy of source data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination we will delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Site Hub is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Insert your governing-law jurisdiction and venue.]
